He is known as an innovative teacher and an expert in NBA Accreditation in the fraternity. His areas of expertise is Behavior Science, Psychometric Testing, Multi-disciplinary research.

Sanjay Bhāle has done MSc (Applied Chemistry) and MBA-CSM (chemical sales & marketing management). He has Industrial experience in varied fields – chemical, pharmaceuticals (manufacturing and quality-control), IT/ITES (business development). He has Rich & Diverse Corporate Experience in Sales & Marketing across Industries of 13 years. He is involved in Teaching, Market Research, Corporate Training & Business Consultancy. His areas of interest are Sales & Distribution, Product & Brand Management as well as Rural Marketing. He was awarded “ Best Professor in Marketing Management” at Asia’s Best B-School Awards at Singapore in 2012. He has Total Experience of 27 years including Industry & Academics.

Dr. Punam Bhoyar is a post graduate in computer science from Amravati University and completed her doctoral degree from Dr. BAMU Aurangabad University. She has a strong academic foundation. She pursued multiple job portfolios with blend of experience including research, academics and administration.

While doing her MCA she got a very good exposure to research in the areas of Image processing. Her interest in Image processing further lead to research and award of the doctoral degree for her thesis in Image segmentation. She worked with  Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Ltd. Pune, for a year and then decided to pursue her interest in research and academics by joining Indira Institute of Management.

Dr. Bhandari has an impressive tenure of over 14 years in the educational sector, demonstrating a strong passion for teaching and a deep commitment to academic excellence. Dr. Abhijit Chandratreya looks after the activities of the Institute’s Post Graduate Research Centre. This centre is affiliated with the Savitribai Phule Pune University for admission to its Ph.D. program in Commerce and Management. At present 70 students are registered at the centre with 22 having attained their Ph.D.
Dr. Abhijit Chandratreya worked in the Industrial sector for 17 years before joining IIMP and has now been with IIMP for the past 16 years. He is also responsible for organizing workshops, and seminars for the Ph.D. scholars. He is the Executive Editor of our In-house peer-reviewed Journal – Anveshak which has been in publication since 2012.
