Dr. Pandit Mali is the Director at Indira Institute of Management, Pune. He is a gold medalist in B. Tech., a Post Graduate in Management from IRMA, Anand, and a doctorate in management from the University of Pune. His 27 years of experience includes 9 years in various leadership positions in sales and marketing with FMCG Industry and 18 years in academics. He is also an approved Ph. D. guide of Savitribai Phule Pune University and North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.

Dr. Mali is credited for bringing several innovative and path-breaking practices to the Indira Institute of Management, Pune leading to the holistic development of budding managers. Under his leadership, IIMP has been ranked 33rd all over India by Economic Times and has been awarded as the “Best Management Institute” at World Education Congress 2012 held in Mumbai. He has successfully completed numerous corporate research and consultancy assignments at INDIRA. Dr. Mali was a part of the Indian Merchants’ Chamber’s delegation to Canada in 2008 for exploration and strategic tie-ups in the Education sector. Dr. Mali has also visit Metropolitan State University, Denver in 2013 and delivered a guest lecture on Strategic Management and Brand Management. Dr. Pandit Mali has experience implementing Autonomy at the Indira Institute of Management since 2019.

At the Asian Leadership Award 2022 held in Dubai, he was bestowed with the “Best Director Award”.

He was conferred the Dewang Mehta “Best Teacher in Marketing Management” award by the 17th Business School Affaire held in Mumbai in 2008.
