Dr. Pandit Mali is the Director at Indira Institute of Management, Pune. He is a gold medalist in B. Tech., a Post Graduate in Management from IRMA, Anand, and a doctorate in management from the University of Pune. His 27 years of experience includes 9 years in various leadership positions in sales and marketing with FMCG Industry and 18 years in academics. He is also an approved Ph. D. guide of Savitribai Phule Pune University and North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.
Dr. Mali is credited for bringing several innovative and path-breaking practices to the Indira Institute of Management, Pune leading to the holistic development of budding managers. Under his leadership, IIMP has been ranked 33rd all over India by Economic Times and has been awarded as the “Best Management Institute” at World Education Congress 2012 held in Mumbai. He has successfully completed numerous corporate research and consultancy assignments at INDIRA. Dr. Mali was a part of the Indian Merchants’ Chamber’s delegation to Canada in 2008 for exploration and strategic tie-ups in the Education sector. Dr. Mali has also visit Metropolitan State University, Denver in 2013 and delivered a guest lecture on Strategic Management and Brand Management. Dr. Pandit Mali has experience implementing Autonomy at the Indira Institute of Management since 2019.
At the Asian Leadership Award 2022 held in Dubai, he was bestowed with the “Best Director Award”.
He was conferred the Dewang Mehta “Best Teacher in Marketing Management” award by the 17th Business School Affaire held in Mumbai in 2008.

Dr. Anjali Kalkar has finished her Educational Qualification and has degrees in M.A. (Music), M.Com, MBA (HR), MBA (Marketing), Ph.D (Business Administration)
Dr. Anjali Kalkar has completed her Ph. D in Business Administration. She has an illustrious career of 20 years and currently working as Dean – UG programs, Indira Institute of management, Pune. She is the 1st Rank holder in University of Pune in MBA (Marketing) Degree program. She was the 7th Rank holder in University of Pune for Master of Personnel Management Degree Program. She has worked as BOS Chairman (Academic Council Member – SPPU) for BBM (IB) Course. She has also worked as BOS Chairman (Academic Council Member – SPPU) for BCA Course. She has numerous research publications, authored more than 10 text books in her credits. She has actively participated and led different social activities and is recipient of “ Karya Gaurav Puraskar” Recipient of Award - “Award for Outstanding Contribution to Education”

She had worked with a MNC’s within telecom and automation field like Birla AT& T and TATA Honeywell Ltd. Her experience involves areas like Channel and territory management, corporate sales and training. For last twenty plus years she is in the field of Academics and taught various subjects from Marketing and General Management Specialization at Postgraduate and Undergraduate levels in Pune University affiliated institutes.
For the last sixteen years she has been associated with Indira Institute of Management, Pune. Along with Academics she has also shouldered responsibilities such as NBA coordinator, Learning Facilitator of Marketing Specialization, BCUD coordinator for SPPU and Autonomy Committee coordinator at IIMP MBA. She was instrumental to launch few innovative practices like Abhivyakti and Alumina Mentoring Program (AMP) at IIM-P MBA campus and played a key role in successful implementation of Autonomy.
Her Research Project has received grants from Government Agencies - BCUD Savitribai Phule Pune University and Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi (ICSSR). She has successfully completed 2 projects through Research grants received from BCUD, Savitribai Phule Pune University and one major project of 2 years has been completed from research grant received from Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi (ICSSR)
Her research papers and case studies are published in renowned international journals and the reputed books like ET Select Cases. She has also presented it in the national and international conferences organized by IMT, Ghaziabad, IIM – Raipur, Bits Pilani, and even in Greenwich, London, UK.
She has written many research papers. Her paper on “Branding of services: It’s effect on non-aided management institute” has won a best India brand paper award at the international conference organized by IMT, Ghaziabad and given her a chance to present the same paper in the international conference on ‘Doing Business in India ‘at Greenwich , London.
She has successfully completed a four-month residential Faculty Development Program from the prestigious - Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A) in the year 2012. She is trained as a trainer on Case study writing and teaching from The Case center, IIM-A.
She is recipient of the 2017 BBC Knowledge Educational Leader Award for Outstanding Faculty in Marketing Management.
She is an approved PhD guide in Marketing management for Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).
Dr. Pallavi has completed B.E. (Electronics) from VIT, Pune and MBA (Marketing) from Pune University. She has completed her PhD in Marketing Management under the guidance of Late Dr. Dilip Sarwate. She is a Certified Balance Score Card Professional and registered as a Mentor for a centre for small and medium enterprise.
She is currently serving as Deputy Director and Professor, MBA. with Indira Institute of Management, Pune.
Indira Institute of Management Pune is the flagship institute of Shree Chanakya Education Society. IIMP is an autonomous institute affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. The institute offers MBA and BBA (UG Program). The MBA and BBA program affiliated to SPPU.
IIMP is the very first management institute in Pune and third in Maharashtra to be accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) of AICTE, New Delhi for MBA course.
