| Indira Institute of Management organised “CURIOUS 2013”- A National Level Case Study Competition, for Post Graduate, Management Students on Saturday,9th February, 2013. The function was attended by entrepreneurs, Mr. Ujwal Kunte, Managing Director Durocrete Testing Laboratory Pvt. Limited; Mr. Shyamal Basu Director CQRA and Mr. Suneel Kulkarni Vice President Marketing, Durocrete Testing Laboratory in presence of Director, Indira Institute of Management, Dr. Pandit Mali, Prof. Emeritus, Dr. D.M. Sarwate; Dr. S P Singh, Dr. Poornima Tapas, Faculty members and the students. Participants from over 46 renowned Management Institutes from all over India witnessed the event. CURIOUS has proved it to be a platform par excellence for the aspiring managers to showcase and prove their problem-solving and analytical mettle. The live case, written by renowned Consultant & Author Dr. D.M. Sarwate, inspired by the incredible true life experiences of entrepreneur, Mr. Ujwal Kunte and his enterprise ‘Durocrete Testing Laboratory Pvt. Limited’ was given to participants for written analysis. After the first round of written analysis by participants, screening was done by academic judges of various B-Schools and10 teams were short listed for presentation in front of Industrial Judges. Finally the winners were declared by Prof. Emeritus, Dr. D.M.Sarwate. |
