He was practicising cost accountant for thirteen years with specialization in designing costing systems & inventory management.
His academic experience stretches over eighteen years. For several years he was associated with number of management institutes from Pune. He is associated with Indira Institute for last twelve years. At present he is acting as senior professor of finance with the institute. She has written several research papers on various subjects in Economics, Management and Women empowerment for prestigious journals. She has presented her papers in various International and National Seminars and conferences at the Institutes of high repute. She has done her Ph. D in Economics. She has guided several research projects of Post Graduate students and wants to take up research more intensely in future. She has also developed study material for Distance Education Programme offered by Indira Group of Institutes.

Prof. Sudhir Daphtardar has served for over 30 Years in State Bank of India and SBI Factors & Commercial Services Limited in States of Maharashtra and Goa in various capacities. He was also a Faculty in Staff Training Centre of SBI. He took voluntary retirement from the Bank as an Officer Senior Management Grade Scale IV. He now takes courses in Indian Financial Markets & Institutions, Merchant Banking & Financial Services and Risk & Insurance Management for MBA and PGDBM Courses last 4 years.
Achievements:
During his tenure as a Faculty, he has coordinated around 50 Training Programs the duration of which ranges from 2 days to 4 weeks. In addition to this he has delivered lectures as a Guest Faculty at National Institute of Bank Management, Tata Management Training Centre, Anti Corruption Bureau, Pune, various Management Institutes etc.

Krishnan Ramanathan is a post graduate in Computer Management from University of Pune and an MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management. He is AIMA’s Accredited Management Teacher (AMT), in the area of Information Technology with specialization in Management Information System. He was conferred with the Academic Jewel (Best Teacher) Award by Indira Group of Institutes, Pune in the year 2012. He has over 14 years of experience including industry, research, academics and administration.

Prior to joining academics, he worked in the Quality Control Department for Infoglobe India Pvt. Ltd. on projects related to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for 3 years.
He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and his forte is in Networking, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Software Engineering, and Information Technology Management. Mrs. Deepa Pillai is a postgraduate in Commerce and is currently pursuing her Ph.D from University of Pune. She is associated with Indira Institute of Management since past 6 years and teaches subjects of statistics, management accounting and indirect taxation. For credit customers, have analyzed the financial parameters of various small and medium enterprises.

Dipanjay Bhalerao holds MBA degree in Marketing Management as well as in Materials Management from University of Pune, with a mechanical engineering degree from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon (MS).He started his teaching career with a strong experience in sales & marketing field with various blue chip and also fortune500 companies with a total industrial experience of 10 years. His recent association was with Videocon Telecommunications Ltd where he successfully launched the Baroda zone prepaid business as ASM prepaid sales. Also worked in Bharti Airtel and HUL (then HLL) in the Top products div., Pidilite Industries, Indiacom Directories Ltd.Mr. Dipanjay Bhalerao has also hands on Experience in the Latest fields of Buying like Reverse Auctions and traditional areas of buying as well while working in with Indiamarkets (India’s then largest e-buying platform). As a special assignment with Thermax he was instrumental & successful in the cost-reduction projectof the water purifier product development.He has been twice awarded GOLD MEDAL by COO (GUJRAT) for his market winning performance in Bharti Airtel.He is recipient of Merit award by Lions club & MP Board during Academics.During MBA he won the All India contest for Solo Singing organized by Symbiosis Institute in pune in 1998, state level singing contest by Colgate Company in pune.

Ajay Varade is perusing his PhD from University of Pune. He is post graduate in MBA with Marketing specialization from University of Pune affiliated IMED institute in Pune. For last 7 years he is associated with Indira Institute of Management, Pune and he is currently working as an assistant professor in the Department of Marketing.
He has 5 years of Experience in the industry which involves areas like channel management, corporate sales and business development for medical and FMCG products. Since 8 years 6 months he is in the field of Academics and taught various subjects from Marketing Specialization at Post graduate and under graduate levels in Pune University affiliated institutes.
He is a motivational speaker and also a corporate trainer who has conducted several lectures in some companies, professional institutes and social institution in Pune on topics like Life management, Life skills, Stress management, Raj Yoga Meditation and Personality Development etc. He has also conducted many spiritual training programs in different cities of Maharashtra. Sulbha Waghmare is a postgraduate from Pune University in Masters in Personnel Management and Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare. Presently working as a Postgraduate Lecturer at Indira Institute of Mangement Pune from 2005. She teaches subjects like Labour welfare, Industrial Relations and Trade Unions. Santosh Pullewar has completed his bachelors in agricultural science and he has also completed his MBA in marketing from university department of management science, SRTM University, Nanded. He has an experience of more than 5 years in teaching various core marketing subjects like Principles of Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications and Retail Management. He has successfully completed all the five modules of Entrepreneurship Educator’s Course in association with National Entrepreneurship Network and IIM-Bangalore. He also holds a UGC certificate on Human Rights and Duties. Over and above the regular lectures, he has a knack for developing creative exercises for the students. These exercises include various kinds of brain games which help them in not only developing creativity but also overall personality.
